Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the item doesn’t fit your needs, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at support@breathfree.co with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  3. Send It Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and drop your package at the specified carrier location.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund: After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
